Last weekend a bunch of us (my colleagues and I) sneaked away for a little food trip in Jakarta and trust me, it was not at all little.

Hello, it's me. I've been very alive, thanks for asking. The past few months at work had consumed me so much that I didn't have time to sit down and blog.

Yes, the flight that I have been dreaming of for the past year (I'm not even kidding) is finally done with! Paris and Provence with my girls, Aisyah and Ping, was a little more than awesome.

Il fait trop chaud! And yes, I know I've been away for quite a bit but there's a small change happening in my life right now so please pardon me.

Ping and I will be embarking on a pseudo month-long trip all over the globe. First stop was London, where we had two days all to ourselves.

Paris Fashion Week is happening right now, and suddenly the typical conversation starter becomes “Parlez-vous anglais?”

By the time you read this, my reservist training would've started but I refuse to skip a week of (scheduled) blogging, so just indulge me for a minute while I do a throwback to San Francisco.

Can someone transport me back to London? Or Seoul? This cunt of a weather in Singapore makes me miss the cold in the Northern Hemisphere so much. I can't believe my next flight out to somewhere brrr is in mid-February, such agony!

I did not realize how much I missed London until I arrived at our hotel in Kensington. It's been almost two years.
